Schedule

The first Monday of every month is our Elements Class. This is our six class on-boarding program that all new members to CrossFit must attend. You will learn how to safely perform movements and lifts as well as learn how a CrossFit class is structured to maximize your fitness potential. Class time is 7:30 pm.

CrossFit classes are for members and drop-ins who have completed an Elements or On-ramping class with us or another affiliate.
