Our goal at Violet Community Fitness is holistic health. Not only do we want to to increase your strength, range of motion, aerobic capacity, and general fitness, but we want to address these health markers too: Lower cholesterol, healthy blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and a body fat percentage that keeps your WHOLE body healthy.
Nutrition is the base of the Crossfit pyramid. But an element often overlooked. Here, we are passionate about setting each of our members up with a strong foundation to total healthy living!
You Are What You (Consistently) Eat
You spend ONE hour in the gym per day, what are you doing with the other 23? The same rule applies to nutrition. One “healthy” or “clean” meal won’t move the proverbial scale. By taking a big picture stance on nutrition, we not only look at what you are eating, but when, how often, and how much.
Sometimes it takes a third party to really see your patterns and habits more clearly. And it always helps having a professional on your side to help you along your journey to a healthier YOU!

We’ve taken the word “diet” back and within our walls it means exactly what it should!
How many fad diets have you tried in the years? How many have you stuck with? How many of the results have stuck with you? Dieting is not the approach we take. Our coaching tackles the lifestyle component of nutrition. We aren’t interested in a crash diet, or how to lose weight the fastest. Our number one motivation is making a change that lasts your lifetime.

Community means so much to us, it’s in our name! We are driven to provide top tier coaching, and with that comes top tier support. Like any major change, you need people in your corner to support you, keep you going, cheering you on, offering tips, tricks, and advice, and well… support! Nutrition Coaching is all about supporting you as you revamp your diet and the lifestyle surrounding healthy living.
Our staff is committed to helping you reach your goals while holding you accountable. This isn’t an easy path, but man is it worth it!
For those new to 1-on-1 coaching, macros, or any sort of nutrition assistance. This program is a 3-month minimum commitment and offers more accountability and connection with your coach.
With this program: lifestyle evaluation, baseline determination, macro coaching and/or goals, food tracking support, 3 daily check-ins, weight/measurement collection, and daily support/contact from your coach (as needed).
