Memberships: Adults, kids, teens, and seniors.
After completing Elements (see below) or a similar program elsewhere, join us for daily classes that will challenge you physically, engage you mentally and develop you relationally.
We believe good fitness habits start at an early age, which is why we’ve started CrossFit Kids. Participants will run, jump, swing, pull and push their way through an exciting class that will fly by!
Is your teen an athlete? Studies have shown that changing sports in the off season helps prevent injuries while better preparing their bodies for future competitions. Let us teach them skills / movements that will give them an edge.
Classes are 6:30-7:30p on Tuesdays. Monthly Membership ($75). Sign up any time.
The purpose of this class is to enhance and maintain or regain quality of life. We want to you to continue to have the strength and energy to do the everyday things that bring you joy; like playing with grandchildren, participating in hobbies, pursuing new adventures and living independently as long as possible. Added bonus: you will love the time working out with your (new) friends. After all, it is a social hour, too.
So, grab some friends and let’s get started ~ because life matters.

A pre-requisite for adults new to Violet Community, here you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the group workouts. We will also introduce you to VCCF’s core values as well as the spirit of our great community. You’ll learn the ins and outs of what it means to be a member of VCCF – from the culture to the apps and technology we use daily.
Classes are 730p on Monday / Wednesday / Friday the first two weeks of the month. Includes an official VCCF shirt and two additional weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes (with signed full membership agreement).
Bring a friend to Elements class, or join in with other new people and save. Group Elements $100ea. Contact us to sign up.
Is your schedule a little different? Private Elements ($150).
If you have a love for the iron and want to get better at the power and Olympic lift, this is the class for you. Break down technique, ask all the questions you want, and learn from some great coaches.
Classes are the 2nd & 4th Saturday at 10am. Monthly Membership ($25). Included for all VCCF members.
Your best golf is ahead of you! Come build golf-specific strength, while increasing your mobility. You’ll also learn injury prevention and mental toughness skills, perfect for dominating on the links.
6 classes on Thursdays at 645p. Starts Feb 20, 2020. One Time Fee ($80).
6 classes on Saturdays at 8a. Starts Feb 22, 2020. One Time Fee ($80).
12 classes on Thursdays / Saturdays. One Time Fee ($140).
